Our Business Admin Apprenticeship is a great way to kickstart a career in administration and gives you a clear idea of what it is like to work in a corporate environment. It is not only an opportunity to enhance your organizational skills, but your interpersonal skills too. Business admin involves managing relationships with colleagues as it is about managing and organizing data.
At GS Verde Group our legal team works across a wide range of law, including corporate law, commercial law, and employment law. Our Business Law Programme gives graduates a unique opportunity to gain experience in a variety of legal areas, from the drafting of commercial contracts to employment contracts.
Our Finance and Accountancy Apprenticeship is an opportunity to learn and contribute to every step of the business transaction process, from deal structuring and valuation to due diligence and completion. You will also learn how to manage Companies House compliance as well as tax compliance.
The GS Verde Academy is looking for enthusiastic graduates who are eager to jump head-first into a fast-paced corporate position. Someone who is confident and organised will fit in well in our dynamic multidiscipline environment.
While the Academy is a graduate program, the Academy isn't just for university graduates. As long as you are able to commit to a full-time position and have at least a GCSE Grade C (or 4) in English and Maths, you are welcome to apply.

Academy members should be hard working and able to optimise their time with GS Verde Group to deliver successful and collaborative progression.
As well as being a member of the Corporate Finance Team, Legal team, etc., you will also be a member of the Academy cohort with your fellow graduates.
The cohort provides another support network beyond your chosen discipline, as well as extra flexibility. If you joined the Academy to pursue a Communications role but are later drawn to Corporate Finance, you have the opportunity to explore that discipline too.

• Assisting clients with all areas of employment law, including employment contracts, staff handbooks, and HR.
GS Verde Corporate Finance supports businesses through the financial aspects of a transaction such as valuation, transaction management, target identification, investment raising and deal structuring. They are responsible for:
• Providing independent, realistic, and reliable business valuations for clients.
• Creating detailed and integrated financial forecasts by assessing and analysing a business' current and historic performance to provide realistic financial forecasts.
• Analysing data and identifying key risk areas when conducting due diligence.
• Assisting clients with identifying, applying for, and reviewing the terms and conditions of appropriate business grants.
From helping businesses raise investment to facilitating successful mergers, acquisitions succession plans, GS Verde Accountants support businesses with effective accounting and financial management services to ensure compliance and a smooth, streamlined business transaction. They are responsible for:
• Managing digital accounting systems and assisting clients in transitioning from one system to another with minimal disruption.
• Assisting clients with managing Companies House and Company Secretarial compliance.
• Providing advisory services such as business valuations, financial due diligence, financial projections, and building financial models and reporting packs.
GS Verde Communications provides internal and external PR and communications support to businesses to ensure their market profile is strategically aligned to their business growth plans. The Communications team are responsible for delivering a range of high-quality services that are tailored to meet the needs of businesses and promote GS Verde Group.
This involves:
• Creating and distributing press releases on deal announcements and other exciting developments on behalf of our clients.
• Creating snappy social media posts for social media, both internally and externally.
• Producing engaging copy and eye-catching graphics for the GS Verde Group website.
• Building effective and lead-generating email campaigns promoting our services to new and existing clients.
