The acquisition strengthens our presence in the region, allowing us to better serve clients with a localised multi-discipline offering. CEO Nigel Greenaway commented: "The move to Cheltenham, combined with the addition of Anderson Shaw to the business, bolsters our presence in the West Midlands and provides exciting opportunities for growth."
Tech Development
In 2024, GS Verde made significant advancements in our proprietary technology platform, AR:Deals. This innovative tool enables our Origination team to identify potential acquisition targets for our clients, streamlining deal flow and creating opportunities for both GS Verde and our clients.
David Dulieu, Chief Commercial Officer said: "The development of AR:Deals, and our continued investment in technology is of significant benefit to both GS Verde and our clients. The proprietary software has already generated a number of active transactions, and we are proud to be taking a pioneering approach to increase deal flow for our clients"
Looking ahead, we plan to further develop AR:Deals in 2025 to enhance its capabilities and maximise its value for users.
