Greenaway Scott has been shortlisted for the Property Law Firm of the Year category at the Insider Wales Property Awards 2020. The prestigious awards are held annually and spotlight the top commercial and residential property deals, professional advisers, developments, builders, developers and personalities.

The Greenaway Scott property team were nominated for their role in advising major clients on property related aspects of corporate and commercial law. The team has a growing presence within the commercial property sector; they have worked on a number of interesting and significant projects in Wales and the South West of England, such as acting on projects for HSBC and the Development Bank of Wales.

Matt Sutton, head of the property team has said: "With the recent challenges that the property sector has faced, it's been a lively year in the property market in Wales. We are delighted to have been shortlisted for this prestigious award and are looking forward to attending the award ceremony later in the year. I am proud of the property team and the hard work they have put in throughout the year."

The awards, organised by Insider Media will celebrate the achievements of companies, advisers and individuals from the property and construction sector in the year to March 2020. The ceremony will be held at Cardiff's magnificent City Hall on 2nd December.
