Cardiff-based recruitment company, The Recolution Group, has successfully completed a management buy-in, in a deal advised on by GS Verde Group.

Established in 2009 by co-founders Dale Williams and Duncan Powell, The Recolution Group is home to a variety of recruitment brands including Yolk Recruitment, City Executive Search, Meritus Talent and Conexus DX. The company also recruits middle management and executive roles across various sectors with a global customer base including financial services, legal, commercial, defence, technology and engineering.

Having successfully achieved a turnover of £20 million since it began, The Recolution Group is now highly recognised as one of the UK's fastest growing and independently owned recruitment companies. With offices in Barcelona and the Netherlands, the business has accelerated its growth within Europe and created the opportunity to achieve its goal of reaching 50 million revenues by 2029.

The change of leadership from the management buy-in, which sees founding director Duncan Powell exiting the business after 15 years along with newly appointed roles within the company, marks a significant milestone in its journey to long-term success and commitment to becoming the largest and most successful Welsh recruitment group.

Duncan Powell, co-founder of The Recolution Group, said on his exit from the business: "In 2009, Dale and I set out to shake up the recruitment industry by establishing our first brand: Yolk Recruitment.
