Parklands Capital have announced the acquisition of Laser Expertise, in a deal advised on by the GS Verde Group

Established by Dr. John Powell and Anton Schwarz in 1984, Laser Expertise are based in Nottingham and supply nationally. They moved to their current facility in 2002 and have continued to expand since then. With over 30,000 sq ft of workshop space and employing over 80 people in a 24-hour operation. The founders and team have a very proud history as one of the leading laser-cutting companies in the UK.
