GS Verde Group have advised the management team of Wiltshire-based Advance Insurance Agencies on its sale to the acquisitive Jensten Group.

The deal is Jensten's second acquisition this year and forms part of a buy and build growth strategy focused on expanding its specialist capability.

Advance will form a centre of excellence for specialist personal lines within the group, enabling it to offer an expanded service to clients of its Coversure franchises and wholly owned broking operation.
