Constructiv Clothing, a Wales-based and family run clothing company, has successfully completed a succession sale, in a deal advised on by GS Verde Group.

Founded in 2003 and based in Newtown, the company specialises and provides an in-house garment decoration clothing service - including embroidery, transfer printing and screen printing - on a selection of outfits for school, work, corporate wear and leisure.

As the owners approach retirement, it was important that a buyer was found who had the same values and would continue on the legacy and excellent reputation of the business.

The buyer is someone who has long been known to the owners, having worked in the business previously, and marks the perfect succession opportunity for the owners.
