Creo Medical Group has acquired UK-based manufacturer Aber Electronics in a deal advised on by the GS Verde Group.

Creo has announced its acquisition of Aber Electronics, a manufacturer and designer of power amplifiers and radio frequency products for a fixed cash consideration, plus a contingent consideration over three years.

The acquisition will complement Creo's research, design and manufacturing processes, and provide additional specialist microwave and radio frequency capability, as well as enhance the Group's supply chain.

An existing customer of Aber, the medical device company focuses on the emerging field of surgical endoscopy, using Aber's products within the CROMA Advanced Energy Platform.
