GS Verde is currently representing a client in search of an acquisition opportunity within the critical process and technical infrastructure sector.

Specifically targeting businesses serving Blue Chip and large SME clients, our client seeks enterprises operating in diverse industries such as food & beverage, utilities, nuclear, renewables, public sector, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, data centres, complex manufacturing, and logistics.

They prioritize companies specializing in service and maintenance, although those offering installation and fabrication services will also be considered.

Additionally, businesses with a robust forward order book supported by long-term contracts and frameworks are of particular interest.

Within the scope of their acquisition strategy, our client is keen on sectors such as Hard FM, HVAC, fire safety, legionella, M&E, and BMS. They are also interested in digital environments encompassing PLC, SCADA, control panels, simulation, robotics, and automation.

The ideal target should demonstrate minimal customer concentration, although exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Moreover, the target should exhibit a minimum EBITDA of approximately £500k with an EBITDA margin exceeding 10%. Our client is open to opportunities that enable them to deepen or expand their current service offering while also emphasizing minimal reliance on subcontractors.
