GS Verde is working on behalf of a client look to acquire industrial and manufacturing businesses such as fire & security, power supply, semi conductors, distribution, infrastructure based in the UK with revenues between £2 million and £15 million.

Target companies should possess a strong, difficult-to-disrupt market position, evidenced by robust underlying profitability with operating profit margins above 10% or high returns.

The goal is to acquire more than 75% of these companies, offering options for both complete exits or management retaining a stake. Ideal businesses operate within a niche or specialized market, exhibit relatively inelastic customer demand for their products or services, and maintain a diversified customer base. A high level of repeat, recurring, or predictable and defensible business is essential, along with presenting opportunities for growth above GDP.
