Dock Solutions Limited, a Gloucestershire engineering business specialising in loading bay equipment, has acquired Loading Bay Lifts Limited, in a deal advised on by GS Verde Group.

The acquisition marks a significant milestone for the company and follows on from a successful management buyout transaction, which enhanced the company’s growth strategy and set the foundations for the acquisition. The acquisition brings two household names in the loading bay sector together, providing a combined offering to expanding services and client-base.

Cinderford-based Dock Solutions, established over 20 years ago, is the UK’s leading manufacturer of loading Bay equipment and delivers the best supporting solutions for Trade and End-Users. As part of its services, the company provide various bespoke products including manufacturing of dock levellers, lifts and shelters and product maintenance.

Established in 2010, Buckinghamshire-based Loading Bay Lifts Ltd specialises in high-quality loading bay scissor lifts and services. The company designs and manufactures bespoke equipment tailored to individual client needs, and provides additional services including repair, refurbishment and installation.
