Aqualogic (WC) Limited, a Wirral based leading water conservation company, which also has operations in Talbot Green, South Wales, is proud to announce the successful completion of a management buyout (MBO).

The transaction was advised on throughout by leading dealmaker business GS Verde Group and supported with backing from Arbuthnot Latham. The deal marks a significant milestone in the company's history, as the business gears up for further growth and is expecting some exciting announcements in the coming months.

Founded in 2004 by Michael Rice, Aqualogic has established itself as an industry leader in water conservation, operating across the UK. The management buyout signifies the exit of the original founder, Chairman, and majority shareholder Michael Rice, along with other minority shareholders. The business will now be led by current board members Ben Rice (Managing Director) and Ashley Williams (Services Director), who will continue to drive the company forward in a partnership operating model.

Ashley Williams, expressed enthusiasm about the future: "We are delighted to have completed this transaction, and I am very excited to continue the growth of Aqualogic. The management buyout ensures continuity in client relationships and familiarity with internal processes and resources, while also enabling a fresh operating model to help grow the business further in the coming years. Michael Rice, Founder and outgoing Chairman, expressed his pride in the succession of the business coming from within and his delight in concluding a transaction that will see Ben and Ashley take the business forward.
