Logistics company Specialist Vehicle Logistics, headquartered in the West Midlands, has been acquired in a deal advised on by Anderson Shaw, part of the GS Verde Group.

Specialist Vehicle Logistics were acquired by DMN Group. The deal looks to enhance DMN's capacity to provide comprehensive logistics services across the UK.

GS Verde Group earlier this year announced the acquisition of Anderson Shaw Corporate Finance, as well as the opening of a new Cheltenham office, as the Group looks to expand its offering across the Midlands region and beyond.

The dealmaking group is able to support business owners on a range of succession options including Trade Sale, Management Buy-Out, Employee Ownership and Private Equity Sale.
