Leading recruitment company NuStaff is celebrating a record-breaking year following the successful completion of a Management Buy Out (MBO) supported by GS Verde Group.

Just 12 months on from the deal, the business has reported a 92% increase in revenue and has fully repaid its Development Bank of Wales (DBW) loan six years ahead of schedule.
The transaction, which saw the management team take full control of the business, laid the foundations for rapid and sustainable expansion. Since completing the MBO in 2024, NuStaff has significantly broadened its service offering and strengthened its team with strategic hires across key business areas.
